Oxidative stress is the damage which can be caused by free radicals, which are created by frying food, drinking alcohol and smoking, even pollution is associated with oxidative stress. Vitamin E can help to protect the cells of the body against oxidative stress.

There are two forms of vitamin E  in food supplements, D-alpha tocopherol, and DL-alpha tocopherol.  D-alpha tocopherol, is the natural form of Vitamin E, at Natures Aid, our Vitamin E supplement is of this natural form.
