Buscopan Targeted Relief Reduce Abdominal Pain & Colic. It’s anticholinergic action exerts a smooth-muscle relaxing/spasmolytic effect. Blockade of the muscarinic receptors in the GI tract is the basis for its use in the treatment of abdominal pain secondary to cramping.

  • Hyoscine butyl bromide is used to treat cramps (spasms) of the stomach, intestines, and bladder.
  • It may be used to stop spasms before radiology imaging.
