Exchange and Return Policy

Products that are delivered correctly will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Products that are eligible for exchange are:

  • The wrong products were delivered.
  • If the product was damaged in shipping,
  • The product is tampered with.

Within 24 hours of delivery, consumers can exchange the aforementioned products at YMH Pharmacy’s physical stores with the original payment receipt.

After an order is confirmed, cancellations are not possible.
