All prescriptions are reviewed by our NHRA-certified pharmacists and handled in strict compliance with Bahrain NHRA regulations before any medication is dispensed.

No. Prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. This is a legal requirement to ensure your safety. We do offer a wide range of over-the-counter (OTC) products that do not require a prescription.
Yes, in most cases we can facilitate a prescription transfer. Contact our customer support team with your current pharmacy's details and we will handle the transfer process on your behalf, subject to applicable regulations.

Ordering & Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and secured using industry-standard SSL technology. Payment processing is fully compliant with Bahrain's financial regulations.
Yes, subject to the following windows: for general (non-prescription) items, cancellations or modifications can be made within 48 hours of placing your order; for prescription medicines, the window is 24 hours. Requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. This policy is in line with NHRA guidelines on dispensed medication handling.
No. The price displayed at checkout is the final price, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly shown before you complete your purchase. We believe in full transparency with no surprises.

Delivery & Shipping

We offer two convenient delivery options across all of Bahrain: Standard Delivery — your order arrives within 1–2 hours of confirmation; and Scheduled Delivery — choose a date and time slot that works best for you. Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. All deliveries are handled in compliance with NHRA guidelines for safe medication transportation.
Once your order is dispatched, our delivery partner Parcel will automatically send you a tracking link via SMS to your registered mobile number. No extra steps needed — simply click the link to follow your delivery in real time.
If you miss your delivery, our partner Parcel will notify you via SMS with re-delivery instructions or details of a nearby pickup point. You can also contact us on WhatsApp at +973 1778 6920 to help reschedule.

Privacy & Safety

We take your privacy very seriously. All personal and medical data is stored securely using advanced encryption. We are fully compliant with applicable data protection laws and never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Absolutely. We source all medications exclusively from licensed manufacturers and verified distributors. Every product undergoes a rigorous quality check before reaching you. You can verify product authenticity through the batch numbers provided on packaging.
Please do not take any medication you are unsure about. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly and investigate the matter thoroughly in accordance with NHRA regulations.

Returns & Refunds

Due to health and safety regulations, most medications cannot be returned once dispensed. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please report any such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
